  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to the department
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal parties in daily operations
  • Handle incoming calls, greet visitors or customers 
  • Assist in event coordination
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned 
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in Business or related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum 1 years relevant working experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Hands-on computer knowledge
  • Detail minded, well-organized, responsible and willing to pick up ad-hoc tasks
  • Able to work 2-3 days per week
  • Working location: Chai Wan / Kwun Tong
