Job Title:Facilities Management Assistant (Summer Intern)

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist daily operation e.g. check and record the performance of various service providers
  • Perform clerical work and record keeping
  • Assis in company events and activities
  • Liaise and work closely with colleagues and external service providers
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned 
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in property/ facilities/ estate management or related discipline or building services/ electrical/ mechanical engineering or related discipline 
  • Customer-oriented, well-organized with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, English and Chinese word processing
  • 44 working hours per week, may need to work on shift, weekend or holiday
  • Working period: July to August
