Job Title:Account Services Coordinator (Summer Intern)

  • Responsibilities:
  • Handle booking enquiries and site visit
  • Prepare booking forms, liaise event details with hirers and compile event order
  • Conduct part-time staff briefing and on-day support for assigned event
  • Provide administrative support, data entry and report checking etc. 
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in event / venue management, business management or related discipline
  • Customer-oriented, well-organized with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese including Putonghua, knowledge of other language is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, English and Chinese word processing
  • 44 working hours per week with shift duty
  • Working period: July to August
