Responsibilities:

  • Handle administration works and ensure all documents are delivered on time
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Plan and review manpower allocation, manage staff roster and related logistics (included in-house and outsourcing staffs)
  • Manage outsource staffing agency and ensure outsourced staffing services are in compliance with the requirements
  • Conduct data analysis and compile regular reports for management review
  • Assist to formulate operational strategies and implement initiatives to achieve company objectives
  • Review work procedures and operation guidelines to ensure operational effectiveness
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in business management, venue management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experiences with 2 years’ in supervisory level
  • Independent, well organized and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiar with labour legislation and related ordinances is preferred
  • Immediate available is preferred
