New World Facilities Management Company Limited (“NWFM”) was commissioned by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau to provide management and operation services for Youth Square in 2009. Total consideration of the 7-year contract is HK$371 million including HK$70 million capital expenditure borne by NWFM.

| 2009 April | NWFM committed HK$70 million capital expenditure for a series of procurement items including fixtures, furnishings, interior decoration and fitting-out works |
| 2009 June - July | NWFM finished Phase I of the internal furnishing of Youth Square and held a kick-off stakeholders’ preview and site visit |

| 2009 December | Trial run of Y Loft - the Hostel Block |
