  • Execute services and tasks with respect to facilities management.
  • Maintain a smooth day-to-day operation and achieve the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) with respect to facilities management.
  • Assist superiors to formulate and compile ISO 9001 documents, standard forms, guidelines, annual plan, budget, regular and ad hoc reports, etc.
  • Supervise subordinates, service providers and contractors to execute daily operations and perform quality services, including property management, security, cleaning, housekeeping, pest control, landscaping services, etc.
  • Review and implement sustainability and environmental initiatives, preventive and corrective measures, and improvement projects, etc.
  • Liaise and work closely with internal / external parties and build up good relationship with stakeholders.
  • Professional diploma / higher diploma or above in Property Management, Estate Management, Housing Management, or related discipline.
  • 2-3 years’ working experience in facilities management / property management.
  • Holder of PMP (Tier 1) License / Corporate Member of HKIH / Chartered member of CIH is preferable.
  • Strong analytical abilities, pro-active thinking, presentable, and independent.
  • Excellent communication skills, good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Strong knowledge of PC applications such as MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Conversant with Property Management Services Ordinance and Building Management Ordinance.
  • More experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
